Flourish & Focus ADHD Services is looking for an independently licensed mental health therapist or psychiatric medication provider to join our growing practice on a 1099 independent contractor basis.
We are a specialized ADHD practice located in Dublin, Ohio, dedicated to helping women navigate the unique challenges of living with ADHD. Our warm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach guides clients toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change — and we’re looking for a provider who shares that mission.

Flourish & Focus ADHD Services specializes in therapy and evaluation services for women and those who identify as female with ADHD. Founded and led by Kate Vessels, LISW-S, a clinician with lived ADHD experience. Kate specialized in trauma treatment for years when she was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40. For years, she had unknowingly masked her symptoms and relied on perfectionism and anxiety as a shield. Her discovery was both eye-opening and freeing—it helped her embrace ADHD and better understand herself. Every ADHD woman has her own unique story, and now Kate’s mission is to empower other ADHD women to heal and thrive with ADHD.

1099 independent contractor position, for an independent licensed clinician or prescriber who wants to maintain full autonomy over their clinical practice without the administrative burden of running their own office.

We have a strong preference for independently 1099 providers with experience, training, or a clinical interest in Adult ADHD. Please note this is an adult-only practice, no children or adolescents. Contractors are welcome to work with a range of mental health conditions but must be willing and able to work with adults who have ADHD. Additionally, we are looking for:
- Independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of Ohio (no supervision required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mental health clinician with ADHD experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a shared, independent contractor environment
- Experience with SimplePractice EHR preferred
- Someone who is warm, collaborative, and aligned with a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach and core mission of F&F
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an independent contractor model

- Large window for a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- EMDR TheraTappers available for use
- Printer access
- Welcoming lobby with complimentary coffee, water, and kitchen access

- Billing services (private pay only)
- Some referral support from the existing practice network
- Freedom to set your own session rates

Office availability for contractors:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: All day
- Saturday: All day

You are responsible for:
-Creating your own LLC and bank account
- Maintaining your own independent licensure and any required supervision
- Adhering to all requirements, ethics, and standards set by your respective Ohio licensing board
- Your own malpractice/liability insurance
- Building and maintaining your own caseload (referral support is available but not guaranteed)
- Managing your own schedule within available office hours
- Filing taxes as a self-employed independent contractor

Who We’re Looking For
We have a strong preference for providers with experience, training, or a clinical interest in ADHD with adult populations. Please note this is an adult-only practice, no children or adolescents. Contractors are welcome to work with a range of mental health presentations, but must be willing and able to work with adults who have ADHD. We welcome inquiries from any independently licensed mental health professional or psychiatric medication provider who aligns with our values.
Eligible credentials include (but are not limited to):
- Must be in good standing with your licensing board in Ohio
- LISW / LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker)
- LPC / LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- IMFT (Independent Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
Ideal candidate qualities:
- Independently licensed in the state of Ohio (no supervision required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mental health clinician
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADHD
- Passion for or experience with ADHD, neurodivergence, or adult mental health
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a shared, independent contractor environment
- Experience with SimplePractice EHR preferred
- Warm, collaborative, and aligned with a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an independent contractor model
