Flourish & Focus ADHD Services specializes in therapy and evaluation services for women and those who identify as female with ADHD. Founded and led by Kate Vessels, LISW-S, a clinician with lived ADHD experience. Kate specialized in trauma treatment for years when she was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40. For years, she had unknowingly masked her symptoms and relied on perfectionism and anxiety as a shield. Her discovery was both eye-opening and freeing—it helped her embrace ADHD and better understand herself. Every ADHD woman has her own unique story, and now Kate’s mission is to empower other ADHD women to heal and thrive with ADHD.

We are looking for a self-motivated 1099 independently licensed clinician who is looking to reduce their overhead costs and are passionate about treating the ADHD adult population.

We have a strong preference for independently 1099 providers with experience, training, and are passionate about providing adult ADHD treatment. Providers are welcome to work with a range of mental health conditions but must be willing and able to work competently with ADHD adults.

Additionally, we are looking for:

- Independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of Ohio (no supervision required)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mental health clinician and has treated ADHD adults

- Excellent communication and conflict management skills

-Provider will thrive in a drama free environment

- Provider is flexible and adaptable in a shared, clinical environment

- Experience with SimplePractice EHR preferred

- Provider is a collaborative and aligned with a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach and core mission of F&F

- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an independently

-Shared clean, cute, and comfortable office with Kate. Fully furnished and a full wall window-clients love it!

- Welcoming lobby with coffee, water, and kitchen access

- Electronic health records (EHR) system

- Clinician will be advertised on the F&F website and social media

Office availability for contractors:

- Monday: All day

- Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- Friday: All day

- Saturday: All day

You are responsible for:

-Creating your own LLC and bank account

- Maintaining your own independent licensure and any required supervision

- Adhering to all requirements, ethics, and standards set by your respective Ohio licensing board

- Your own malpractice/liability insurance

- Building and maintaining your own caseload (referral support is available but not guaranteed)

- Managing your own schedule within available office hours

- Filing taxes as a self-employed independent contractor

-Cleaning up after using the office

- Our practice in a specialty niche with a strong, established brand and client base

- We offer a competitive percentage split
