Paying Private Gets You Better Care:

• Insurance premiums and life insurance policies will not increase based on mental health diagnosis and treatment.

• Intake for Individual Therapy: 50 min for $200

• Individual Therapy: 50 min for $175

• Intake for Group Therapy (for new clients): 30 min for $50

• Group Therapy: 75 minutes for $75. 40 min for $50 new client intake session. Pay all sessions in advance to receive one free!

• ADHD Testing: 120 min for $875 and includes the follow up report session to understand results.

• F&F is private pay only.

• We accept out-of-network benefits and HSA/FSA funds

Clients will typically be reimbursed for a portion of their session fee through their insurance. We encouraged you to contact your insurance company prior to starting services to determine out-of-network benefits.

You will pay your provider the full fee at the time of service. We provide superbills directly to you through the client portal. Clients are responsible for submitting the monthly superbill to their insurance company, which can be done by fax, through an online system, or by mail.

Reimbursement will be processed at your out-of-network benefit rate by your insurance company.

• Flourish & Focus ADHD Services: Accepts Out-Of-Network Benefits and HSA/FSA funds and payment plans are offered.

We can walk you through how out-of-network benefits work. Many clients receive reimbursement through insurance.

It is the client’s responsibility to know their insurance benefits and costs.

Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.

• Individual Counseling Sessions: Late cancellation or no show fee is $150.

• Group Counseling Sessions: Cancellation or no show fee is $75

• ADHD Testing: Cancellation or no show fee is $200.
